I ripped this recipe out of a magazine when I was pregnant with Henry and have been using it ever since. In fact, we have these pancakes for dinner once every couple of weeks!

martha stewart has a cinnamon oat pancake recipe a lot like this and i made them for breakfast with blueberries. MMMMMMMMMM. i used ww flour and applesauce for oil in the recipe, and then butter in the pan.
