




Talk about making chicken salad... these two kids did just that with a little more $100,000. This makes me want to pack up and get the heck out of California. As much as I love it here, it is so expensive! Good job, you, two!

april--i keep looking at similar places (on smaller lots with higher prices, of course!) by my mom's house in forestville. how fun would it be to have a weekend spot?! keep dreaming, mama... :)
